Charity Account Manager Assistant
We are excited to recruit for a new, varied role to support the team with a high standard of customer service.

  • Previous office and customer service and / or reception experience is required
  • Time management and the ability to prioritise is essential
  • You must have a confident telephone manner
  • Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills are key
  • Full training will be given on our in-house database system
  • This is a supporting roll, flexibility to complete a wide range of tasks is needed

Immediate start preferred.

The position is advertised full time Monday to Friday (9-5) but part time hours would be considered for the right applicant.

Event Coordinator
We are looking for an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to assist our UK team. The ideal candidate will possess the below skills:

  • Customer service experience
  • Data entry
  • Good command of the English language and communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Experience answering a busy phone line
  • Organised
  • A willingness to work hard and assist other members of the UK team as well as their own workload

Receptionist/Administrator:
We are currently recruiting for a experienced receptionist and administrator to support the office and the existing charity account managers. The right person will be highly organised, have excellent time management and strong administration skills. You will be responsible for answering the phone, meeting visitors, problem solving for clients and colleagues alike amongst a wide range of other tasks. Flexibility to do a wide range of jobs is required. This position is perfect for anybody that is looking for a varied admin based role in a busy office.

Fundraising Intern:
We are currently searching for an organised, versatile individual to work alongside our busy parachuting and charity teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of our clients personal fundraising pages (PFP’s), assisting the charity team in their efforts to increase participant numbers and other essential tasks.
This position is perfect for anybody that is keen to work within the third sector and obtain experience in event organisation and general charity fundraising.

Sales Intern:
We are looking for somebody to work as an account handler with some our smaller charity clients – if successful it will lead to a permanent full time role.
Timescale: 1 to 6 months – part-time or full time

Marketing Intern:
We are looking for somebody to help with our social media strategy. Preference will be given to somebody with a good, proven working knowledge of this area. If successful it will lead to a permanent full time role

PA Intern:
We are looking for somebody who is quick to learn, versatile and able to work under pressure as a PA for two extremely busy directors. This role is ideal for somebody who would like to experience business at the highest level or for somebody looking for a career as a PA. As with all our internships if successful it will lead to a permanent full time role.

We are always on the look out for freelance leaders or crew members for our UK and Overseas events. From climbing mountains in Africa to fixing punctures in Kent our challenges need crew who have a winning attitude and are not shy of hard work.
