Before we get started it's important to point out that there is no such thing as a training plan that is right for everybody. Your age, current fitness levels, performance aspirations and available time will all have an impact on when and how you should train for your event.

Our 5k and 10k runs are aimed at people of all fitness levels; all you need is the right training to ensure you are confident to take on your challenge!
